Content Manager

We are seeking a talented Content Manager to lead the production of top-notch content that captivates customers and enhances brand recognition. You will play a key role in shaping both internal and external communications. If you have a passion for technology and creativity, we would love to hear from you.

Our Hiring Process

1. Portfolio Submission: During the first stage, we will ask you to share not only your resume but also examples of your work. Please provide a link to the social network where the content you have created is published.
2. Cultural fit interview: This is a critical aspect of our hiring process. It's not just about your creative skills, but also about how you fit our company culture. We look for candidates who share our values and who can fit into our unique office environment.
3. Test Assignment: As part of the hiring process, we require candidates to complete a test assignment that will help us assess your creative thinking. 
4. Final Interview: At this stage, we will discuss the test assignment and your portfolio. We will ask you to talk about the problems you encountered during the test assignment and how you solved them. 

What you will do at Apexive:

  • Be an integral part of the internal and external communications team, developing and creating creative content, including social media posts, articles, presentations and newsletters.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives to increase brand awareness and reputation.

  • Work closely with the team to transform complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging content.

  • Manage the company's social media, including content calendaring and post scheduling.

  • Review and update information to ensure communication materials are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Meet deadlines and promptly resolve issues related to communications both internally and on social media.

  • Plan and coordinate company participation in public events, conferences, and webinars.


  • You have over 2 years of proven experience in a design agency or software development agency.

  • Proven experience in creating content for various tasks, including blogging, social media, and email writing, as you will be expected to bridge the gap between the company and the outside world.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms especially Linkedin.

  • High level of proficiency in speaking and writing skills in English.

  • Proficiency in content management systems and creative tools such as Canva, Buffer, etc.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI tools 

  • Background in UX writing.

  • Familiarity with Webflow
